I was in a Cab earlier today, the cab driver said to be video calling his mother but called a random scary looking man and turned the car light on and showed me and my 19 year old cousin to him and said i am taking these girls to the airport. He was constantly using his phone even though I asked him to put it away. He also had a child’s lock on us. I changed our drop off location and I believe he was trying to text our new location in a sneaky manner. What kind of action can I take against them?

you may file a complaint against him before Federal investigating Agency under cyber crime Act or may complaint local police for harassment etc,

If this cab belongs to some company first report that company then also file criminal complaint to fia and local place and also to the women protection officer. U may also file complaint in consumer court for defective services and recovery of damages as well. For further u may call us at 03334598315
