In case of defamation case, If the plaintiff wins the case, what is given to the plaintiff; the amount of money as a compensation or the defendant is made to ask for apology. If the plaintiff is not satisfied with the apology, will the court force the defendant to give compensation money to the plaintiff.?

Yes, normally case of defamation is filled along with recovery of damages, so the demanded money is paid to plaintiff if case is decided in his favour.
