Fee refund issue with law college

I took admission in Chief law college Township campus and after paying 200k fee i canceled my admission there because of Punjab university issues with HEC. Then i took Admission in UOL but Chief law college is refusing for Fee refund. ( i canceled admission within 7 days without any attendance):
