Dear sir,
hum fiqah jafria se taluq rakhte hai,meri bv ki dosri shadi hai mere sath,meri wife ne pehle husband se khulla lia hai lekin pehla husband is khulla ko nahi man raha usne nikah pe nikah ki FIR karwadi hai,sir hume koi safe suggestion dain hum kiya karen?

dear. after 90 days of dissolution of marriage on ground of Khula/decree the women has right to re-marriage with any one else. first file pre-arrest bail than approach the concern investigating officer and hand over the all document with your statement in writing if the investigating officer not supported to you or not discharge/cancel the FIR than file a writ petition before the high court for cancellation of the FIR.
