What the Pakistani law says on hibba for construction of masjid.
A person who hibba a piece of land for masjid through a person. Can Doner has the power to revoke the masjid hibba deal…?
Can Doner has right to remove the previously appointed person..?
Please answer according to Pakistan laws.

The law is very much clear on this issue, Hibba for a MOsque is, in fact, a “Waqf” which, if created once, cannot be taken back. Waqf has a given property to Allah, therefore, it cannot be taken back. even if some appointed person was removed from some duties, the position of waqf ll not be changed in any manner. If, there is any problem you may challenge the same before the civil court along with a stay application.
