Question :

SNGPL AUTHORITIES CHANGE MY HOME METER WITHOUT INFORMING ME AND TOOK THE OLD METER .
NOW RECEIVED BILL OF RS.12600 SHOWING THAT OLD METER WAS HAVING UNITS OF OVER Rs9000 which were consumed just 6 days.i have 4 marla house short family. wife husband and 3 kids.
PREVIOUS HISTORY SHOWS MY BILL NEVER GOES ABOVE Rs2000 with average monthly bill Rs.1000.

how I should justify and get justice, no one listing me?pl help me

    you may file a complaint before Federal Ombudsman directly or you can also file a suit for declaration before Civil court along with an application for a stay order ,
