Mai khula ka case file karna chahti hu mery nikkah ko abhi 4 month hua hain likn ya nikkah meri dilli khushi or razamandi sy nahi hua mery parents ne mujhy force kiya is nikkah ky liya mai ne unko bht dafa inkar kiya bht dafa unsy baat karny koshish ki thi likn unho ne meri baat nahi suni. Mai is rishty sy shuru din sy khush nahi thi or mai is zabardasti ky rishty mai bandh kar nahi reh sakti is liya mujhy khula ka case file karna hai .

Yes, you have the right to claim Khula before a Family Court. You do not need to provide solid grounds for Khula; it can be claimed as a matter of right. Additionally, if your marriage was forced, you can file a suit for dissolution of marriage to cancel the forced marriage. However, for a forced marriage dissolution case, you need to provide witnesses.
