Salam sir..muje kindly guide kr den.. meri sister canada mai visit visa pe gyi but ab wo waha as refugee reh rhe hy uska case waha pe abi court mai hy.. to kia main canada k visa k liye apply kr skti hon mere paas sponsorship letter b hy .aur mere 2 bhai waha well settled hn.. muje kisi lawyer ne kaha hy k apka visit visa reject ho jayega kiu k apki sister ka case chal rha hy.. janab pls guide me..thankeww

Yes, I also agree that your case is much weak in the current situation. You should apply for USA visa and then you may move to Canada with the help of Canadian national if any
