partition of joint property .Assalam o alikum, sir hum 7 bhai hain hamara ak 5 marla ka ghar hai parents ki death ho gai hai 5 bhai married hain jin me se 3 alag bahir rehte hain last 2 bhai unmarried hain hum log chahte hain k ye ghar sale kr dain aur sb alag alg skon se rahain. but ak bhai jo is ghar me nahi rehta but uska kuch samaan para hai wo kehta haimain ghr kisi b tor pe sale nahi krne don ga. Larai bannti ja rahi hai apse ye advise leni hai k baqi bhai property sale krna chahty hon to kiya krna chahye. agr court me jate hain to kiya court ghr sale krne ki permission dy gi?

Aoa. You can file suit before court and court will order the sale as your property is not partitionable. So house will be putt to sale and proceeds will be divided among all partners. For further feel free to call me. 03334598315
