pension

i want your guidence regarding some questions
we are two brothers age 26 years and 21 years and one sister age 18 years , my mother has died few months ago she was a retired govt school teacher ,she retired three years ago and was getting her pension now after her death what we can get from the govt ,will we get only pension or any other benefits?? 2ndly mery father ne kafi saal pehly dosri shadi ker li thi aur wo apni second wife k sath he rehty hy ab meri mother ki pension aur benefits mere father ko mily gy ya hm behn bahiyo ko aur hmy kya kerna chaiye k ye sab hmarey father ko na mily blky hmy mily??2nd question is that k meri mother k name aik plot aur thori bht zarai zameen thi,,, ab hm wo apny name transfer krwana chahty hy to kiya us me se bhi hmarey father ka hiss nikly ga aur kitna nikly ga?? and transfer k liye land record waly family certificate mang rhy hy but nadra waly khty hy k jo ap k father k dosri wife se bachy hy un ka name bhi family certificate me shamil ho ga ,,, to koi aisa procedure hey k jis k zariye family certificate me sirf hm 3 bhn bhaiyo k name he shamil hoon??
3rd question is k meri mother 12 scale per school teacher retired hui thi to kiya ab un ki jga mjy job mil skti hy ?? meri qualification master hy aur ab m.phil bhi continue hy ,,, agar job mil skti hy to kis scale me mily gi??? kindly mjy in chezo k barey me guide ker dey, mai bht pareshani me hu , ap ka ehsan mand rahu ga..thanks
