lekin taqreeban 7,8 din say offer activate nhi ho rahi, ptcl waley roz kehty han 24 hours ka lekin 8 din hogaey…. aur b sab logon ka yahi issue ha… kia ptcl walon py case hoskta ha?

    Yes why not, first of all you should send a legal notice through a lawyer for your issue and then you may file case before consumer court for faulty service of PTCL. You may also file a complaint online before PTA.
