Salam, I have a question. I hold Canadian and Pakistani citizenship and would like to renounce Pakistani citizenship from Canada. I approached the consulate in Canada, but they could not provide me with proper information. Could you guide me with the process? What forms would require to submit with documents. Thanks

    If you want to renounce Pakistani Nationality, you need to make a declaration through Pak Embassy or Pakistani mission abroad through Form X in triplicate to the Directorate General Immigration & Passports Islamabad.

    you shall enclose all required documents particularly original CNIC, Photocopies of Passports and assurance letter issued by concerned Foreign Government. The fee for renunciation of citizenship is Rs 500/- only.
