If a Pakistani Muslim got second marriage in Dubai without the permission of his first wife, in Dubai permission of the first wife for second marriage is not legally required hence no offence, can his first wife take any legal action against him under Muslim family law ordinance.

If the second marriage has not registered in Pakistan then no offence but if same is registered in Pakistan then the first wife may file a complaint before Family court.
