Question :

I do have extreme problem with my sister and her husband sitting in our home from last 17 years and up till now looted 1 corore 12 lack from my mother to run his family expenditure sitting in our home and not doing any job. I want to bring this family in justice so I can get my looted amount and send this family to prison.

    Your mother, i.e the owner of property have right to eject them any time. your mother may simply kick them out or file and may disposes them through court.

    if you have some proof of payment then your mother may also file suit for recovery of money.
