Question :

Salam,

I have had an issue with TCS twice where they didn’t deliver a letter to me but their delivery guy forged my signature to mark the envelope as delivered to me in their system.

Please let me know if there is a legal option that I can take here against them. I would really appreciate it.

    Send a legal notice through lawyer and then file a case in consumer court. on the other hand forged signature is also an offence, so you may file a criminal case against him in concern police station,
