Assalam-O-Alaikum! I’m married since last 7 months and my wife has gone back to her parents for last 1.5 month due to a very minor affray ed. Now her parents are asking for divorce with no reasons while I haven’t even met my wife since she left. They’ve been saying that their daughter doesn’t want to live with me anymore. We were really happy with each other. There weren’t any family disputes even because we are just 2 members in family. My mother and I. I’ve tried utmost to have a single word with her but her parents don’t let me talk to her. Now they’ve gone to court and I’m waiting for the notice.

if you know they have filed a suit for dissolution of marriage then you should not wait more, you must engage a lawyer now , who ll see if such case is pending. noticed could be stopped here with different meanings.
There court ll allow you to see your wife for a short meeting and give you a full chance for reconciliation.
