Can His wife Withdraw / dispose KHULA suit before trial starts at court. on the date of first hearing if Judge is not available and he is on training can the registrar or In charge withdraw the case in absence of Judge ? . if Plaintiff appear in person with her affidavit ?.

    Yes, she Khula case may be withdrawn in this situation, every time duty Judge is available and plaintiff may withdraw her case after appearing before duty Judge.
