Aslam u alikum Sir i want to open a free school & Dispensary at Moza Pandoki Village Lahore. and i have 6 Kanal Land.i make a draft map and submit to TMA office for passing the map but they say this land firstly converted to commercial land but we cant earn profit , our only purpose is welfare. someone give me advice firstly register a TRUST or welfare society and then apply for map passing. If it is right then please tell me fee and procedure for registration of a TRUST. I am very thankful to you for this favor and for advice.

In my opinion , A registration of welfare society ll be best option for you…. then you may started all your welfare programs without any problem,
NIC and NTN copies of all office bearers , basic motive of welfare society, source of income,
office address and property documents ll required from you, rest documents ll be prepared by us.
We charge Rs.30000/- only for registration of society or a Trust.
