Hello, I have two small kids. A daughter of 2 and a half-year-old and 7-month old son. I want to confirm that what does Pakistan law says about child custody for kids of such ages. I want to have a divorce with my husband but I don’t want to lose my kids. Please suggest

    In your case, apparently, it seems that Pakistani Law ll preferably allow you to retain the custody of children permanently. If there is no other specific disqualification than you ‘ll have a 100% WIN Case.
