Sir, Main ne Apni University study k liye kuch zmeen sale krny k liye bhai ko sonpi thi, Jis ka laagat 5 lac thi… Plot buyer ne 1 lac advance dia tha aur baqi ki raqam July 2018 mei dena tai paai thi, lekin Phr August ko 1st date ko tai paai, lekin unho ne raqam nahi di… Mere Bhai ne 2 lac plot buyer se le liya muje btaye bgher… Aur Admission k waqt mujhe Fee dues nahi mily, Aur phir 1at september 2018 ki date tai paai bhai se jo k brh kr 20 september ho gai aur mera admission nhi ho ska… Plot buyer ka muj se ko contact nhi tha aur na hi mai unhen jaanta tha… Mai ne bhai se kaha k ab mai ne plot k bayaan nhi nhi deny qk ab mera admission time guzr chuka… Usi din muje pta chla k mere plot mei kuch boya ja rha hai, I mean k tractor laaya gya mere plot mei… Aur poochny par Plot buyer ne kha k ye zmeen hm ne Amir Se purchase ki hai aur wo iski qeemat le chuka hai… Halan’kay muje payment nhi ki gai, mera time waste kia gya… Bhai se poocha to wo kehty k tum plot sale kr lo aur Plot buyer qabza karny py tula hua hai… Muje mshvra dein k kya kia jaaye… Mai court jaana chahta hun

    did you give any power of attorney for sale …? If so then your brother committed a fraud and you have a remedy to recover your amount from your brother. If your brother sold out without your consent then you may get the possession back. It ll be better to consult a lawyer along with your documents. without delaying the matter further.
