Received notice from FIA under section 160 of criminal proceeding code and called by them for personal hearing, they have mentioned in the notice bank account , officer sending notice is in state bank zone, why they called me, what are there objective, what type of action they me take, & whether is a committee who ask questions, and is this letter is regular one just to get information.

It seems that an Investigation officer has send a notice for inquiry , as some one filed an application for Bank fraudulent transaction etc. you must join the investigation to record your version, after finalization of inquiry FIR ll be registered,
