property tax

Dear Sir,

We are a tenant and occupying a commercial office space in United Center, Murree Road, Rawalpindi. Please be informed that the property tax officer visited us and told us that your property owner has not paid the property tax and due to which we will seal your office. kindly convey this message to your property owner to avoid it.

In the above context, my question is that, can property tax officer seal the office, when we are already paying the rent of the office to the property owner?
